Do you have nurses on staff?
Yes, in addition to our home health aides, nurses are on-site 24 hours, 7 days a week.
What type of training does your staff receive?
The Terraces at Lawrence employees follow personalized learning plans on a training platform that uses digital assessments and tracks performance that measures specified knowledge on resident-centered care. Topics range from fire safety, assistance with activities of daily living, first aid, and medication administration for those that qualify.
Are any personal care supplies or other toiletries provided?
Yes, essential personal care supplies such as soap and paper products are provided at no additional charge, while other toiletries can be purchased on bimonthly shopping trips or ordered on line and delivered to the Terraces.
How many residents live here?
We have 76 apartments. We can accommodate 20 residents in Memory Care, and 56 residents in Assisted Living.
Do you provide transportation to doctors’ appointments?
We provide transportation in our small accessible bus to many local physicians’ offices located within a 10-mile radius. Our concierge will be able to assist you in scheduling the transportation.
Will someone assist me or my loved one to the dining room?
Yes, our employees are happy to assist residents to and from the dining room no matter their mobility needs.

Yes, housekeeping is included.
Do you provide Cable TV and Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer over 90 channels and free Wi-Fi.
Are overnight guests allowed?
Yes, Under special situations such as end of life.
How do I find out information about daily activities for me or my loved one?
Daily programming is shared via our LifeLoop Activities Calendar Page.
Are laundry services offered?
Yes, laundry is included. We have our own laundry facility where you can do your own laundry, but why bother when we provide weekly pickup and delivery.
Are visitors allowed at any time, or are there specific visiting hours?
Yes, as long as we have availability and are notified in advance. All guests are asked to sign in and out of the community so that we can ensure the safety of all residents and guests. At all times, the facility should be made aware of anyone in the building so authorities can be notified if there’s an emergency. Our doors are open with concierge service from 8am to 8pm daily. After hours visitors will need to call nursing for admission.
Are residents encouraged to participate in activities?
Yes, our Life Enrichment team encourages all residents and reminds them to participate in our wide variety of activities/programs. Our memory care is an activity-based program that provides person centered activities throughout the day.
Are religious services offered onsite?
We offer Daily Catholic Mass in our onsite Chapel of the Holy Rosary. Although Mass is offered daily, we are able to provide a variety of religious services based on residents beliefs and customs.
